RV Owners If you own a late model (2000) or above Class-A, Class-C, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler or ATV, contact us about putting your RV in our rental fleet. All RV's receive 1/2 the daily rental rate. Excessive generator usage and mileage is also compensated. Invest in an RV
Last year a 21.8ft 2008 Freedom Express Class-C averaged over $600 a month back to the owner. This year (2008) that same RV brought in $1400 a month. Every RV is different and your ROI may vary. We will let you know what is renting the best. Either way the income will easily supplement or cover most RV payments. We do the maintenance
We take care of all standard maintenance like: Oil Changes, Filter Changes, Tire Rotation & Pressure, Cleaning, Roof Maintenance, Battery Tending / Replacement, Washing the inside and outside of the vehicle before each rental. Operate a Fleet of RV's? Talk with use about opening a new RV Rental Location in your city. Why start from scratch if you can just purchase the entire business operational ready to go. We have the software, website, insurance and accounting already setup and ready for your training. You house your motor homes at your location.
Renters come to you - you go over the motor home operations with them
at check out time. You receive a deposit from the renter when the
reservation is made, then receive the final payment when the motor home
is picked up. When starting any business there are decisions. Below are some suggestions for getting started. - Talk
with an accountant about the best way to handle RV rental income and
any tax consequences related to the rental income.
- Talk with an attorney about liability protection and the rental laws in your area.
- Review
the terms of your RV loan agreement, your current RV insurance policy,
and warranties. Confirm any impact of renting your RV. Resolve how you

- Create
a business plan. There are many local resources that can help you set
up your RV rental business, including the Small Business Administration
- Acquire business forms and/or software to run your rental business.
- Advertise on top rated RV Renter Locator sites, yellow pages, and/or local newspapers.
